Pride spinner!I've had it for less than a year. I bought 2 of these luggage from you last year - one black and one blue, I've got all invoices and receipts to show for it. I recently took both on the exact same trip and the other one is okay with no damage done to it but this one isn't.The airline that I flew with refused to take responsibility for it and so are you - the manufacturers. Who I'm I supposed to turn to? I am very disappointed with the way I've been treated. You should be able to stand by the warranty cover stated on your website and not sneakily try to distance yourself away from the issue. It's very misleading. One of the main reasons why I bought this was because of the so called "3 year warranty cover" which now sounds like a scam.Can you please do the right thing? I am in the process of relocating out of the country and I really NEED that box.Purchased 29/4/18 - sent back for repair assessment on 22/6/18 as case zip started to come apart on my holiday - was worried this would result in case opening at an inopportune moment! . I have had no option but to pay £14 for the courtesy of sending this back to Samsonite assessment centre - the supplier is hesitant to pay my return cost and at the time of posting has not.Samsonite will not cover this cost. I think this is shoddy on behalf of them both. Had I purchased this from a high street shop, there would have been none of this nonsense. Quite happy to arrange to send it back for assessment after less than 2 months - but think it is appalling I have to pay for the privilege!Después de haber estado mirando muchas maletas y habiendo adquirido una que no me terminaba de convencer, vi esta en Amazon y me llamó la atención. Esta maleta de entrada la impresión es bastante buena tiene un diseño muy bonito tiene unos materiales bastante buenos y el tema de que es extensible de 35 a 41litros ofrece una combinación muy buena a la hora de viajar, esto es una de las cosas que más me gusta el que sea extensible. Tanto la lleves en modo 35 litros o ampliada 41 litros al tener esta extensión le da algo de flexibilidad a la maleta a la hora de meter cosas. es decir es como una especie de maleta híbrida entre rígida y típica maleta flexible de tela. La cerradura de combinación con candado TSA es ideal. Interiormente está maleta tiene un acabado muy bueno y está muy bien conseguido el espacio que tiene. Los dos compartimentos interiores de la maleta ambos están con una división con cremallera y además tienen ambas dos gomas elásticas que se unen entre sí para que la ropa y lo que lleves no se mueva.Las cuatro ruedas que llevan girable 360 grados es de las mejores que he visto en una maleta a que no hacen ruido ninguno y desliza bastante bien tanto hacia delante o detrás como hacia la derecha o a la izquierda.Y es por todo lo citado que decidí de quedarme con esta y descambiar la otra que no me terminaba de convencer por la calidad de los de los materiales y la no posibilidad de extenderla.La verdad que está maleta es ideal ya que se consigue las ventajas de una maleta rígida y la ventajas de una maleta blanda. Y encima American Tourister es la segunda marca de las maletas Samsonite.Très belle lors de l'ouverture mais cassée dès le premier voyage (valise pleine).Je ne trouve pas ça normal que la valise se casse dès la première utilisation.I bought a pair of these for a trip To Japan, which involved a lot of different internal journeys. On arrival in Japan one of the cases had split really badly and had to be moved around for the next three weeks bound together with tape. It did not survive intact for ONE leg of the trip. I had researched the brand before and certainly expected a lot more from this case.Really disappointed, i will never consider this brand again.
