I can’t use it because the handle doesn’t work. I’m returning it to be replaced. All the others work properly.No problem once we were able to get help resetting lock, otherwise seems good.I needed new luggage and went with this that because of the value. I have used each piece for various trips. The only downside is you have to keep both sides open because there is no “lid.” So takes up quite a bit of room on a hotel or guest room floor.When my order arrived, the biggest suitcase had a crack all the way across the bottom. I asked multiple times if I could exchange that suitcase but I received no answer. The suitcases themselves are decent, and I like the zipper lock feature. But, I am not able to use the largest suitcase because of that crack and I didn't even get a response when trying to replace it.I bought these as a gift for my mom and she loves them! We took them on a trip to Florida and they are super sturdy!It ripped the zipper completely off when I was out of town I had to buy a new suitcase to get homeI love this product beautiful, perfect sizes, nice look.Love them
