The color is adorable first off! It glides so smoothly, the size of perfect (haven’t tried it as a personal item though yet), and I love the protective case that it comes with!Would recommendI loved the material and the design but it was smaller than I thought so I couldn't fit many things. I wish it wasn't that thin, I had a bag on the top and kept falling forward.The biggest problem with hardside luggage is that it is not giving and there are no expansion zippers. So even though this is a big looking suitcase, it doesn't hold enough for a two week trip for me. When I travel for work, I usually go for 2 weeks. During the summer, I might be able to fit enough clothes, because they are thinner, if that makes sense. I just couldn't fit everything into it and ended up using my old suitcase.This is a pretty suitcase and seems to be well made. It rolls well. The cover seems a little silly, but I don't really travel to places that rain a lot. Or where my suitcase would be in the rain for any length of time. I think if you are going to be taking a lot of public transport in rainy places, the cover would be nice to have. The case itself is waterproof. The zipper area is the only part that would let water in.I love that the color is different and would make it easily spotted on the baggage conveyer. That was a big selling point for me. I normally use packing cubes, so the extras that came with it will probably not be used by me.Carry on suitcases, and I guess all luggage, is a bit of a personal choice. From my experiences when you find one that you like - you pretty much use it until it wears out. I am not sure if this carry on suitcase will be my "go to" suitcase or not, but I am willing to give it a try!Notes-- Rolls very easily - wheels rotate 360 degrees effortlessly and they seem to be well made ( I have had wheels basically disintegrate after a few uses).- Lightweight - lighter than you would expect for a hard-shelled case. The outer shell is light but seems to be pretty tough.- Storage capacity is pretty unremarkable. It is a carry-on suitcase so there are only so many ways that you divide up the space. It doesn't have as many pockets and storage areas as non-shelled types.- Has a TSA lock -so you can lock it up if you want. Honestly, I never use locks that have universal keys. To me, it kinda defeats the purpose.Final Verdict - A nice option for a carry-on suitcase!My old suitcases were from IT and the entire set cost less than this single case. The reason I got IT was because they were super lightweight. That fabric on frame design is definitely a couple of pounds lighter than this case but lacks the solid build. The IT luggage ended with some serious tears on a Heathrow luggage conveyor. The hardside case here is a fine replacement but I still miss some aspects of the IT. The middle opening on this case means both top and bottom must be flat to access everything. That eliminates using the luggage stand in most hotel rooms. That's OK, I get two queen beds when available.The wheels roll easy and are quiet. The zipper is very strong and easy to reset if it gets caught on something.The color of the suitcase is a pretty seafoam green. It Has a hard shell, which I like. If it's plenty of close, shoes, etc. This suitcase also feels very sturdy and is easy to maneuver.
