So far I love it, tools great even on rough surfaces. Unlike some of the other reviewers here complaining it doesn't close well, I have had zero issues, closes. opens, locks and unlocks easily.Combination TSA lock easy to use, plenty of spaceFilled it to 49.5 lbs, just below Delta allowed of 50. We t from 2 fabric zippered bags, 1 ruined last international trip to this with hard surface or zippers. Love it, for the price highly recommend, and a cool color too.I was impressed when I opened the box. The luggage was well packaged and was inside a cloth drawstring bag. No scratches or dents. The negative was it could not hold on my items so I had to return it.I will be using this for a trip in a couple of weeks. Seems big enough for me to hold everything that need to go with me.The only fully hardside locking luggage besides Samsonite available. The caps on the top corners help, although it could use them on the bottom too. Wish the handle extended more and wish it had a handle on the bottom. It's a little smaller than most medium suitcases, and there is no flexibility to squeeze more in of course. You have to make sure the latches are aligned and that it closes completely -- if you are even just a little off it won't latch; always verify before locking it.Note that with these suitcases you can't put it on a luggage rack or set it against the wall and just open the top. You have to turn it sideways and open it all the way to get things in and out, so it takes more room. But it is a good option if you have things you want to lock up and the hotel doesn't have a safe.Excellent value for cost. Distinctive pattern on molded sides reinforces the material and allows for easy spotting on luggage carousels. Outside locking latches instead of zippers prevent thieves from cutting through zipper cloth. Aluminum frame and plastic molded sides offer a stepped-up level of protection. Dimensions of purchased 24" model allow for folded suit and dress/golf shirts held in place by inside zippered pockets; other inside zippered pockets and clips allow for folded underwear and shirts that stay in place. Enough room for 5 to 7 days if carefully packed. On recent train trip wheels ran over carpet, smooth concrete, and broken concrete with no ill effects. Handles are spring loaded. Material thus far is unscratched after being thrown up on luggage racks. Overall, no negatives whatsoever on this item.The suitcase arrived undamaged and is a perfect size. I like the way the locks work and much prefer this type of suitcase over the type with a zipper. This is the second of these suitcases I have purchased. The first one was purchased in February of 2020 and still is functional and attractive after several flights.I purchased the large-size Coolife Luggage Aluminium Frame suitcase (28 in.) for an upcoming trans-pacific trip. We needed a sturdy and rigid suitcase without zipper and TSA lock (for added security) that would last a long time. We decided to go with this model based on the positive reviews we read on this product and the price point.Since it is a brand new suitcase we've not been able to test it real situation just yet. But I will update this review later (if needed) after we put this suitcase to test on our long haul flight.The suitcase seems to be of high quality and very sturdy. It has a great aluminum frame, nice brush finishing and protective bumper corners to improve the suitcase's durability.We really like the bidirectional locking system. The two locks close independently but they rely on the same 3-digit lock code. The instructions provided are very clear and easy on how to set the lock combination.This large suitcase includes 3 aluminium hinges, which provide an additional level of safety redundancy. If one hinge breaks, the other two hinges will keep the suitcase safe. In addition, the hinges are nicely protected by the four rubber pads supporting the suitcase when it stands in an horizontal position.As you can see in the photos, the interior lining appears to be of good quality. We really like the mesh pockets and the built-in carrying bags to better organize and keep packed belongings.The suitcase is really easy to maneuver and glides very smoothly with the 360-degree rotation wheel design.So far I'm very happy with this suitcase and we believe it's been a great investment for our future long travels. We find it to be a great value for the money.
